Tahnee Sims has stayed by her boyfriend Johnny Ruffos side through thick and thin and now she has shared a heartfelt post for the first time since the devastating news that his brain cancer has returned.
The 27-year-old posted a black-and-white collage of pictures on Instagram in tribute to Ruffo and described him as a superstar.
