Commercial Market Update (Feb 2018)

Sales recorded for Melbourne Units Cityscope for the three months to February 2018 totalled $319.5 million, a decrease from the $573.1 million recorded for the quarter to November 2017 and the $406 million recorded for the quarter to August 2017.

The latest data brings the twelve-month sales total to $1.478 billion, an increase from the previous twelve months, which recorded sales of $904.3 million.
