Seven figure sum enough to woo owners to sell promising galloper
Promising galloper Allibor is set to be sold to Hong Kong after passing his vet checks, trainer Symon Wilde has confirmed.
Interest in the three-year-old gelding had flowed in following his Group 2 Sandown Guineas win with connections eventually opting to sell after receiving a juicy seven-figure offer.
“It was a very, very tough decision, but we have had him vetted and it looks like he will make his way to Hong Kong,” Wilde said.
