A charming 1911 cottage ripe for renovation was one of the hottest properties at auction this weekend, selling almost $100,000 over reserve to Far North QLD retirees.
Over 70 parties came through the property, with 15 bidders including first home buyers, investors, retirees and builders registering for a chance to win the property.
