A man who breached quarantine and went shopping while infectious did it due to a “misunderstanding” after initially testing negative, it’s been revealed.

A man who breached quarantine and went shopping while infectious did it due to a misunderstanding after initially testing negative, its been revealed.
Australian Medical Association vice president Dr Chris Moy told the Today show on Monday morning that the man had been sent a message to quarantine for 14 days after he was identified as a casual contact of a student who tested positive at the Flinders University english institute.
