Ron Howards Thirteen Lives, based on the Thai caves rescue in 2018 is the latest in a string of international projects coming to Australia.
The film which due to shoot in the Gold Coast from March has received $13 million from the Australian government and will inject more than $96 million into the economy and provide hundreds of jobs.
