WHO backs active life at home during COVID-19 – Jakarta Post
The new guidelines recommend at least 150 to 300 minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobic activity per week for all adults.
The World Health Organization has suggested that people spending most of their time at home exercise regularly to improve their physical and mental health.
