Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 13 April 2018

Preliminary results from CoreLogic for the week ending the 13th  of April suggest a preliminary clearance rate of 61.5%. 

This result should be interpreted with caution as there were only 26 observed auctions across Australia.

Of the 16 properties recorded as sold at or after auction, 9 were cleared in New South Wales, 3 were in Victoria, 2 were in Queensland and 2 were in South Australia.
