Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 1 June 2018

According to CoreLogic preliminary auction results, the week ending 1st of June saw 21 properties go up for auction across Australia. The preliminary figures suggest a clearance rate of 52.4%, with 11 properties sold prior to, or at, auction.
The data collected so far by CoreLogic suggests that the cleared auctions were dominated by retail property types, with 4 retail sales.
This is a diversion from broader commercial market trends, however the number of auctions is likely too small…
