Nick Cummins has revealed his staggering weight loss after taking part in gruelling Channel 7 series, SAS Australia.
The Honey Badger, a former rugby player who carries some serious size, took to Instagram to share how the unrelenting challenge had taken it out of him.
Cummins lost 10kg in two weeks, with a side-by-side comparison showing exactly how he was before and after SAS.
Went into SAS ready for battle, left SAS looking like a lollipop, he said.
