Today we venture to Rockhampton, beef capital of Australia, and go #OnTheFrontLine with Flight Critical Care Paramedic Jon ‘Fergy’ Ferguson.
Jon started his career in Rockhampton and served a stint in
Southport, before returning to Central Queensland to fulfill his dream and fly with the Queensland Aerial Ambulance.The father of six has witnessed and played a hand in many milestones of the Service during his career, including a new era in 1991 when regional brigades were amalgamated into a single entity and the Queensland Ambulance Service was born.
