Couples Retreat actor Faizon Love is suing Universal Studios over racial discrimination after he was allegedly whitewashed from the films international marketing campaign.
Universal Studios are now facing a lawsuit over a version of the Couples Retreat film poster that was released over a decade ago.
The 2009 film followed four couples at a holiday resort trying to fix their relationships.
Love alongside Kali Hawk, who played his love interest, were the only black couple out of the four.
