Bega Cheese emerges from a trading halt, announcing it will buy Lion Dairy and Drink from Japanese beverage giant Kirin.
ASX-listed dairy company Bega Cheese will purchase Lion Dairy and Drinks from Japan’s Kirin for $534 million.
