An exercise approach to managing Type 2 Diabetes – News – The University of Sydney
This research will examine the effects of an adaptive exercise approach to improving health for individuals with Type 2 Diabetes.

This study will specifically examine the effect of adapting an exercise program on blood glucose management, abdominal fat and cardiorespiratory health.
For this trial, you will be randomized into one of two groups.
The first group will be required to complete a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise, which includes a home exercise program.
The second group will receive exercise and nutritional advice.
At regular time-points, you will be required to attend health assessments to assess your response…
