Victoria has a big-spending State Budget, but some small businesses feel left out
Small business owners Irene and Greg Stokes don’t believe the Victorian Budget will help them bounce back from the most difficult year they have ever experienced running their company.

- It showed total revenue is down by 4.2 per cent and tax revenue is down by 11.3 per cent
