Baby found safe after amber alert issued in Cairns

Authorities say a newborn baby has been found safe and well after being taken from the Cairns Hospital in Far North Queensland earlier today.
The baby girl is only a few hours old and was taken from the hospital about 12:30pm.
Police had said the baby could be at significant risk and she was believed to still be in the Cairns area.
But both the newborn and a 31-year-old woman have since been located.
