SAS Australias Shannan Ponton has revealed what happened behind the scenes after his shock walk-out on the day of the finale.
The 46-year-old personal trainer had been one of the frontrunners to complete the course but stunned his fellow recruits with his voluntary withdrawal at the final hurdle.
After his surprise exit was aired last night, Ponton spoke to radio hosts Fitzy and Wippa who asked whether hed had time for a beer with the Directing Staff before leaving the camp.
