Lord Mayor Anna Reynolds says the council decision aims to increase turnover for shops, offer secure parking for diners and movie goers. Sensors and new restrictions on off shoot streets aims to put pressure on all day parkers to use proper carparks and pay for parking. Will it achieve the desired affect?
