Optus picks Rohde & Schwarz to test 5G network performance – Telecompaper

Australian operator Optus has picked Rohde & Schwarz to test the performance of its 5G networks. The new equipment to test 5G replaces existing tools to test the performance of its 4G networks. Rohde & Schwarz will provide the R&S Freerider 4 backpack test systems with up to twelve smartphones and four scanners, which provide simultaneous benchmarking of multiple networks.
