Broome beaches reopen after fatal shark attack as first responder speaks out
A Pilbara man who attempted to help the victim of yesterday’s fatal shark attack in Broome has described the confronting scene that faced him.

Broome man Charles Cernobori was fatally bitten in shallow water off Cable Beach just before 9:00am on Sunday.
Beaches around the town have since reopened, and fisheries officers are continuing to monitor the waters off Broome.
