The cult gelateria’s final “Hot Tub” of 2020 is a giant, gelato-filled lamington. And, in Messina’s words, “We saved the best till last”.
After a seemingly never-ending series of gelato-filled Hot Tubs in flavours such as Viennetta, Iced Vovo and what was essentially Ferrero RocherGelato Messinas latest (and final creation for 2020) has been announced.
Its a giant, gelato-filled lamington. And, in Messinas words, We saved the best till last.
Whats involved? Layers of milk-chocolate gelato, coconut gelato and house-made lamington topped with coconut mousse and raspberry gel and glazed with chocolate and desiccated coconut.
