Humans of Kangaroo Island Facebook page raises thousands for much-needed firefighting equipment

Kangaroo Island farmer Sabrina Davis did not expect 2020 to be as devastating as it has been.

“The fires last summer were obviously something we’ve never seen before on the island,” she said.
Ms Davis lost everything in the catastrophic fires that burned through nearly half of Australia’s largest coastal island off South Australia in early January.
