National Auction Market Preview – 24 February

The busiest suburb for auctions this week is the Melbourne suburb of Bentleigh East, with 19 homes set to go under the hammer, followed by the Sydney suburbs of Maroubra and Paddington with 18 and 17 auctions scheduled respectively.

Upcoming Auctions

The combined capital cities are expected to see a higher volume of auctions this week with CoreLogic currently tracking 2,156 auctions, up from 1,450 last week. The same week last year was much busier with 3,313 homes taken to auction.
