Commercial Market Update – Sydney City Units CityScope April 2019

The latest research from Sydney Units Cityscope shows that apartment sales in Sydney’s CBD have decreased both in number and total sales value in the last quarter, largely due to the inclusion of the off-the-plan sales of two buildings in the January 2019 update. Sales recorded for three months to April 2019, were 203 sales at a total value of $233.2 million, a decrease from the 310 sales at a total value of $405.7 million recorded for the quarter to January 2019.
