Commercial Market Update – North Sydney Cityscope April 2019

The latest research from North Sydney Cityscope shows sales have significantly decreased in total sales value in the quarter to April 2019.

Sales recorded in the most recent quarter totalled $50.3 million from 30 sales, a decrease in total value compared to the $263.1 million from 49 sales in the quarter to January 2019 and from the $466.3 million from 33 sales in the quarter to October 2018.
