South Australia’s COVID-19 restrictions will ease on Saturday, but there are fears the virus could still be in the community.
South Australians are still being urged to wear masks while outdoors even when the states tough COVID-19 restrictions ease.
Effective 11.59pm Saturday, the states unprecedented lockdown will be lifted while exercise will be allowed again immediately.
However, Police Commissioner Grant Stevens says masks will still play a critical role in containing the virus spread.
Masks are not mandatory but they are strongly recommended, if you have access to one, if you cannot socially distance, he said.
