Bordertown Rotary work hard to help eradicate polio disease – Border Chronicle
Bordertown Rotary has been fundraising to raise money and awareness for polio.

A sausage sizzle fundraiser was recently held by The Rotary Club of Bordertown members in an effort to raise vital funds in aid of World Polio Day.
Importantly, the event helped to raise awareness of Rotary’s biggest world-wide project, which is to raise funds to help support the end of polio – a vaccine preventable disease that still threatens children in parts of the world today.
The club event was one of thousands hosted across the world, all with the focus of eradicating this paralysing disease.
