ALE Property is a listed pub landlord that leases its hotels to the ALH group. Redcape was spun out of Moelis Australia and in its September quarter update that operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation hit $24 million up from $19.5 million and distributable earnings of $19.6 million from $12.9 million.
