Four months after actress drowned
Actor Ryan Dorsey, the ex-husband of late actress Naya Rivera, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit on the behalf of their son, Josey.
According to Us Weekly, Dorsey, 37, and the estate of the late actress are suing the United Water Conservation District and Ventura County in California on behalf of the five-year-old for the wrongful death of the Glee star.
In papers obtained by the outlet, Rivera’s family allege that her accidentally drowning in Lake Piru which is located in Ventura County was preventable….
