Richard Branson’ s Virgin Group has finalised its deal to become the second biggest shareholder in Bain Capital’s Virgin Australia.
After months of discussions, Branson’s Virgin ended up with a 5 per cent equity stake in Virgin Australia, which is about half as much as it had under the former corporate structure.
