Police lay attempted murder charge after man found with throat slit
Police have laid a charge of attempted murder after a days-long investigation over a man found with his throat slit at a Logan home at the weekend.
Officers conducting a welfare check on the 53-year-old alleged victim, who did not know his alleged attacker, discovered him in critical condition at a Quinzeh Creek Road address about 3.15pm on Sunday.

It will be alleged the man had been assaulted with a “sharp instrument that caused a severe laceration to his throat”, police said in a statement.
