Ex Titans skipper Ryan James sells Gold Coast investment property

FORMER Gold Coast Titans captain Ryan James has made a tidy profit on the sale of his Tugun investment property ahead of his move interstate with his family.
The unit block at 7 Kitchener Street sold for $1.25 million after being advertised with a price tag of between $1.25 and $1.35 million for just two weeks.
