Commercial Market Update – Eastern Melbourne Cityscope February 2020

The latest research from Eastern Melbourne Cityscope shows property sales have decreased in the past three months in total sales value.

Sales recorded in the quarter ending January 2020 totalled $60.2 million from 22 sales, compared to the $184.7 million from 35 sales recorded in the three months to October 2019. 

This data brings the 12-month total to $508.3 million, an increase from the $471.1 million recorded over the same period of previous year.
