OK, I’m calling it early: This is officially the year of alfresco dining. Thanks to the virus being more likely to spread indoors than out, we’ve seen restrictions on in-home gatherings and indoor restaurant dining, and a consequent re-celebration of meeting and eating alfresco – whether at an outdoor eatery, the local park or by the beach.
