Commercial Market Update – Auckland Cityscope May 2020

The latest research from Auckland Cityscope shows that property sales value have increased over the past three months. 

In the three months to May 2020, there were 27 sales for a total of $539 million, as compared to the 21 sales for a total of $203.1 million recorded for the three months to February 2020. The latest data brings the total sales for the 12 months to $1.217 billion, a decrease from the $1.988 billion in sales recorded to the same time last year.
