Commercial Market Update – Brisbane Cityscope May 2020

The latest research from Brisbane Cityscope shows property sale numbers have increased in the past three months but sales figures have dropped. The last three months to the beginning of May 2020 recorded 10 sales for a total of $474.7 million, with $469.3 million for commercial, $4.6 million for commercial strata and $800,000 for retail strata.
