In a partially related sale, Bligh Chambers in the Sydney CBD has changed hands for a total of $179,574,850.
The vendors were Kingsmede Pty Ltd, a company ultimately owned by Andrew Potter of Point Piper, and Pamiers Pty Ltd, a company associated with New Zealand businessman, Sir Robert Jones.
The property was transferred over two transactions of $89,787,425 each, leaving Andrew Potter’s company, King Bligh25 Pty Ltd, with 100% ownership.
