Commercial Market Update – Melbourne Cityscope June 2020
The latest research from Melbourne Cityscope shows that commercial property sales value has increased in the past three months. Sales recorded in the quarter ending June 2020 totalled $843.4 million from 39 sales, compared to the $235.9 million from 55 sales recorded in the quarter ending March 2020 but a decrease from the $1.093 billion from 62 sales recorded in the three months ending December 2019.
