QLD border, COVID vaccine set to top agenda at National Cabinet meeting

State and territory leaders will meet later on Friday to discuss one of Australia’s most divisive coronavirus rules.
Borders are expected to be on the top of the to-do list when National Cabinet sits.
Opening states and territories to each other by Christmas – with the exception of Western Australia – has already been flagged twice as the goal.
Particular pressure is expected to be heaped on Queensland and Western Australia’s premiers due to their particularly staunch stance on borders.
