Melbourne Cup celebrated with gusto around Australia, despite coronavirus

The Melbourne Cup has a new look this year thanks to coronavirus but that has not stopped people around Australia celebrating the best way they can.
For the first time in its 159-year history, spectators were barred from the annual horse race after the Victoria Racing Club said it would not be possible to safely host even small crowds at Flemington racecourse.
