Brisbane River boat crash victim named

Police said Ms Herbert lived in the Ipswich area.
The Queensland Ambulance Service took two men to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in stable conditions, and a child was also taken to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in a stable condition.
