Arrest made after drugs found hidden in thongs and handbags.
Last month, Australian Border Force officers in Sydney detected 2.3kgs of methylamphetamine (ice) concealed in the false bottoms of two handbags
Another package was found containing 1kg of ice concealed in the soles of a dozen pairs of thongs.
Following investigations by NSW Police Force, a 32-year-old Artarmon man has been charged for the alleged importation of 3kgs of methylamphetamine. Read more at http://spr.ly/6184HBXMj
