Man rescued after falling down 6 metre hole at Brisbane construction site
A man has been taken to hospital after falling down a 6-metre hole at a worksite in Woolloongabba in Brisbane at 9:00am.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Service (QFES) Inspector Mark Burchard said crews were called to the site after a worker fell into the hole on the corner of Deshon and Railway streets.

“The hole is approximately 6 metres deep by 6 metres wide. On arrival crews found him flat on his back at the bottom of the hole,” Inspector Burchard said.
