BlackRock boss Larry Fink says the firm is already winning fund flows thanks to the push by clients to invest with a climate risk overlay.
Fink argues BlackRocks strong fund flows have a direct correlation to a move by BlackRock, and particularly Fink, to be increasingly outspoken on the importance of climate change to investing.
Fink says that while he is an environmentalist, his view on where BlackRock needs to shift comes from his position as a capitalist.
