Stockbroker EL&C Baillieu’s shareholders have agreed to sell the business to long-time rival Ord Minnett. 
It is understood Baillieu’s investors voted overwhelmingly in support of the transaction on Wednesday night, paving the way for Ord Minnett to take the keys.
