‘A prenup wouldn’t stand in his way’
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne did not sign a prenup when she married Tom Girardi in 1999.
The reality star, 49, who married Girardi two decades ago, announced she was filing for divorce from the 81-year-old lawyer.
“I don’t have a prenup,” she said during an interview on Andy Cohen’s Then & Now in 2017.
