While Aldi stores nationwide had been preparing for an influx of customers, the supermarket has warned this Wednesdays Special Buys may look a little quieter than expected.
November 4 was set to mark one of the most anticipated sales of the year with Christmas lights, ornaments, and a $100 pre-lit tree all on offer.
The 2.13m tree, featuring 300 coloured lights, had been a feature in online advertisements and catalogues in the lead up to the supermarkets one-off drop.
