The skies above the UK will be illuminated by spectacular meteor showers throughout November and December.
As large parts of the country find themselves back under strict lockdown restrictions, experts say it is the perfect time to be an amateur stragazer.
During the height of the first lockdown in March, many reported a reduction in smog and light pollution, which allowed for darker night skies.
This made space and stars all the easier to see.
