Didn’t expect much action at the river mouth with a 15 to 20 knot south easterly forecast so popped down later in the morning about 8.30am. The bar crossing was pretty much ‘flat as’ but there were a few small sets on the groyne side of the river mouth for the keen board riders. One medium size catamaran crossed while I was there. Tide: About an hour before a 1.88m high. Background Music: ‘Don’t Ya Bite Now’… by Dan Lebowitz. www.fishingnoosa.com.au
