MIT AI could predict COVID-19 by listening to you cough – The Burn-In
Researchers from MIT have created an algorithm that is capable of detecting asymptomatic COVID-19 cases based solely on a person’s cough.

Finding new ways to stop the spread of COVID-19 has been more difficult than it should be. Part of that is due to people refusing to comply with things like social distancing and wearing masks. Another problem, however, is the fact that some people infected with COVID-19 exhibit no symptoms.
These asymptomatic individuals can then spread the virus to othersincluding those at risk for serious complications. Researchers at MIT think they have found an ideal solution to help identify asymptomatic cases.
